The Sextet
The Sextet is a hard hitting, New York Jazz Club style band, playing the music made famous in the late 1950s and early 1960s called Hard Bop. This six - piece group has a repertoire that specializes in the music of Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers. The follow have performed with the sextet:
